About Keeler Consulting

KeelerConsulting.net is not going to be found on the New York Stock exchange. I am Kevin Keeler, a regular guy that has spent most of my life surrounded by the cleaning operations of universities and school districts. During that time, I have developed the ability to crunch the numbers and develop the data that is needed for good decision making. My multi-level experiences in the cleaning industry, has given me the unique ability to communicate with just about anyone: including your administrative, supervisory and custodial staff.

Kevin Keeler

In 1993, I started Keeler Consulting formerly Facility Assessment and Custodial Training (FACT). At first I worked lots of hours and made very little money, but I kept falling forward. Today, there are very few situations related to custodial operations that I have not seen. With my experiences and the powerful tools of Cleaning Management Software, my expertise is to make sure that the unique features of your operations are taken into account, and to make sure that all aspect of your operations are accounted for.

I started cleaning at Michigan State University in the summer of 1974, back in the olden days before burnishers and back packs. While continuing to pursue my degree, I worked at a McDonald’s restaurant for two and a half years as a third shift custodian. In 1980, I was hired at East Lansing Public Schools, as a night custodian at 2 elementary schools.

I finished my Communications Art degree and got married in the summer of 1984. For three years, I was a salesman during the day and a custodian at night. In 1988, I was hired as a vocational teacher of Custodial Services at the Capital Area Career Center in Mason Michigan. I spent twenty two years as a teacher, working with special needs teenagers. I was a great job where I was able help many young people become contributing members of society in the cleaning field.
